BINGHAM FARMS, Mich. - December 12, 2024 – The Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan (HBA) and its Sales & Marketing and Remodelers councils are proud to announce the 2024 Sales & Design Achievement Competition winners. The competition was open to HBA members. Members were invited to submit entries in numerous categories important to the architectural design and interior design of new homes as well as remodeled homes. Additional categories honor new home sales managers and sales professionals. “Each of the winning companies has shown excellence in their field. We are proud to honor them,” said Forrest M. Wall, CEO of HBA.

Winning entries were recognized at an event honoring them and HBA’s Industry Leadership Honorees on December 11 in the Legacy Ballroom at Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi.
